I was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama. I went to Birmingham-Southern College for undergrad and University of Alabama at Birmingham for medical school. My hobbies include spending time with my wife and son, running, playing soccer, fishing, and cheering for UVA athletics. After residency I will be pursuing a minimally invasive surgery fellowship at University of Tennessee Knoxville.
