Welcome to UVA Surgery! I am from Louisville, Kentucky where I grew up doing gymnastics for 9 years. I also played lacrosse, ran track, and was a cheerleader. I was a Zoology major and Music Performance minor at Miami University of Ohio and I returned to Louisville for medical school. Go Cards! I have played the flute for 18 years and still enjoy playing when I have time. I also enjoy crafting, cheering on the Louisville Cardinals, trying new restaurants, exploring Charlottesville, and traveling. I am currently doing research in Surgical Oncology. I am in love with our program and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
